Lighthouse Brimnes (Brimnesviti) in June 2008, standing on the north side of the Seydisfjords. The ferry "Norröna" (Smyril-Line) pass the light by coming and leaving Seydisfjörður. Its the only ferry to Europe.
Since 1993 the lighthouse is equipped with solar collectors.
